    Hello,

    I got your problem.
    Please go to Product comments module > activate the Allow guest reviews mode (see in my attachment) > go to a specific product, there will have one more tab (Reviews). In this tab, the customers can rate their reviews and comments. The stars will display in homepage after rating.
