Postcode problem with creating account

Hi,
It seems there is some issue with postcode field (create new account when make order).
When I type postcode with correct format - red field appears but still proceed and create account.
I checked and it seems responsilble is file in the path : /public_html/lapindecor/themes/fashion/js/tools/statesManagement.php
Your file is old and new one (from the deafault theme) is ok but then (when I replace it) some kind of problem with date of birth selector and country selector appears.
Or it is your old file not working with latest Presta, or new file is not working with your theme, none of this is ok, my webstie is live and customer are asking what is wrong.
Please make this URGENT and fix it.
Currently I put new file (from default theme) so customers can make orders, it is better then red field with your theme file.
