KT Trademark Widget Problem

I can't add methods payment with the widget "KT trademark payment"
I try to use an image and also a link but when I click on "Save" everything disapear. Help me please

The cause by this footer, it has 3 positions only. Please choose the other footer(Ex: footer 1 from Dashboard>> Kutethemes>>Theme Options>>Footer), your issue will be solved.
