Blank page on front office + search bar that is not working properly

Hello, I have no personal tpl or css file, I upload yesterday the latest issue update but this has no impact.

You can edit the files that you feel necessary.
Could you confirm to the problem or just once you'll find.

Hi, I'm scared, reassure me as you have asked me I had not modify .tpl or .css file. Nevertheless I had set (option1) and translates all the tabs on the home page and the footer and I see that everything has been deleted!

Could you confirm that this is not irreversible please

Are you serious? I gave you my access codes, and I'm sure those are correct because I arrive on my side to connect, same for the FTP code.

I am angry because you deleted more than one working week for setting the theme and translation prestashop.

You ask me to reinstall a prestashop while the site is already running on the latest version of prestasjhop and theme again we have already entered 2,500 products, it is out of the question to lose this job.

It is therefore urgent for us that you find us a solution, the site works correctly with the default theme prestashop, so this is a theme that is the problem (see screenshot attached)

I have this morning uninstall Supershop and all associated modules, and I'll reinstalled all, our version of PrestaShop being updated so I will try to reinstall the theme Supershop again and start from zero.

This time I hope that the issue will not cause us to worry.
