Launch Failure

When I installed the theme the following error pops up,
Fatal error: Call to undefined function request_filesystem_credentials() in /home/mayrat/imaywear.com/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader-skin.php on line 95
I'm unable to go to main menu and can't modify anything. I can't log into the administration page as well.
I've included my admin information and password because there was a similar scenario in the support forum and you had them send that information.
