    I found some problem in

    From my captures, In you document you said "go to Header/ Footer/ Add new and click on the Add Template as this image ". I tried to follow this step but when I go to footer tab, I didn't find add template button. I found some thing like capture 1.1 (in attach file). Could you please give me a guideline?

    I got your issue, the cause by you have not enable Visual Composer for the template. To enable it, you need to enter the dashboard choose Viasual Composer>> Role Manager and do as the link image below:

    I have another problem about the customization size of Mega menu. I tried to use your template "KT mega menu style 02" but it always bigger than your demo and I couldn't customize it. Please kindly give me a solution to customize it.
