    how to show subcategories on mobile?

    Hello Yame,

    As you know I have https://wedding-planet.shop/ with your theme. In that shop I have categories and subcategories, which show OK on PC. But on mobile devices, the subcategories do not show as listing in left side bar as they do on PC

    How can I have this, because all visitors of my shop on mobile devices think there are no subcategories

    I mean sub-sub categories, for instance category 'Benodigdheden', then subcat 'Bedankjes', then all the subcategories of 'Bedankjes'.

    Hi mate.

    As I checked on my mobile, the sub - sub category will be shown when you touch in the sub. For example, in homepage (mobile version), I touch into BENODIGDHEDEN > then click to BEDANKJES. Then you have to continue to touch into BEDANKJES to show the sub - sub. Please see my attachment below to understand my result.

    I know this Yame, but it is easier for customers when you see the sub-sub categories immediately once you enter a sub cat. I don't think people understand they have to click on a name of a category. You expect that this navigation option shows immediately
    Is this possible?

    If you want to show the sub - sub category, it's fine, but you have to contact to customized services. This belongs to customized work so it is out of support ability.
    However I would like to give you the suggestion: You can require to design the open - close icon next to your sub category name to help your customers understand that they can click on that icon to show more sub - sub category. Showing all the sub - sub as you mean is OK, but the I am afraid of that the interface of mobile version is not allowed to design beautifully.
    You can discuss with the admin of the customized service to get the best result for your site.

    Thank you. What would it cost to have the open-close icon next to a sub category and how long would it take to make this/ And will you add this in my template, so I don't have to do this?

    As I told you before, it belongs to customized work so you should discuss with the admin there about your plan and the cost.
    They will check your requirement then give you the best solution.

    I do not understand why it takes so long for your customized services to give me an answer. You suggested me to get the open-close icon and they don't follow up. This is disappointing, sorry to say.

You can submit again your requirement in some more minutes. Currently they have gotten a lot of offers so the admin could not answer timely. Hope you understand.
