    Hello

    I can't find people in back office who have subscribed with the pop in newsletter subscription when they arrive on the website... Where are they in the back office ?

    Hi Holly. Have you solved this yet? I have the same problem. I removed the newsletter block for now and I'm trying to integrate Mailchimp but unfortunately that makes all the images jump around all over the page.

    I'm so sorry for delay. Indeed, that module is added into the theme with the newer packages. However, some buyers bought it earlier...

    OK let me review this individual popup module and resend it for everybody

    Before setup-ing this module, you need to setup the default blocknewsletter module of Prestashop. So it can work. Thanks!

    I need a FTP account too. Could you send it to me? And you need to setup the default newsletter module of Prestashop. The popup newsletter module will work with that module.
