For your issue, the default design of this theme is to disable vertical menu on mobile version. So if you want to display this, please contact to customized services. They will help you. Just because this belong to customized work and it is out of the support ability.

Sir, i don't want any new customization , i am asking you for available theme not display in mobile, you had not mention any where that this vertical menu will not work in mobile version.

Excuse me, mate. You mean that you want to display vertical menu in mobile version, don't you?
If that, you have to contact to customized service and they will guide you how to do this.
Just because this belongs to customized work so support service cannot show you the workaround for this.
