    Probleme with updating product information!

    Hello,

    We are facing a probleme in our shops that we think related to the theme.
    Recently we tried to update our products, but it seems they don't get updated, they do get updated sometimes, like 1 out of 10 times or so, but rarely, we think it's not related to servers, because we tried various servers with different configurations and systems, We think it's theme related because we have the same issue with other shops that has fresh installation of prestashop, but use the same theme Logancee.

    Also there is a problem with the Order Confirmation email ,in the administration we see that the email has a variable that prints the order details, but the email we receive, doesn't contain those order details, is theire a special configuration to do in order to receive those details?

    An idea?

    For the 1st issue, I checked the problem. It isn't caused by my theme. It belongs to Prestashop. In product configuration, you can add the information of products and we only rely on the platform of Prestashop to develop the theme. So if you cannot save your settings, you need contact to Prestashop to get the solution.
    For the 2nd issue, I saw that you are using multi shop. I need to select one of them to check the Order confirmation page. Please provide me the permission to access to Arnidol shop. Thank you.
