updating theme files - new versions needed

Our web developers followed your steps and updated the plugin. The issue where products created using your plug in not adding to cart still exists. They won't add to the cart unless the page is refreshed. They suggested you add some custom code to the plugin on our website that refreshes the page automatically. Can you tell me next steps?

So I have a closed ticket that we started to deal with our issue. You suggested we update the theme and we did that. We did not update VC or sliders. Here is the problem. We have a plug in called Visual Product Configurator by Orion. We have a category of products under "Monogram" that use this plug in. All the products that utilize this plug in will not add to the cart when you click "add to cart." The cart remains empty. I have worked with Orion on the issue and they suggested I work with the Boutique theme developers to see if it is an issue on your end. Do you know if this theme is compatible with this plug in?
