    Hi,
    I trying to get along with the thame ...
    1. I installed the demo and now I want to change to another demo. I can not import a file XML then get an error message.
    2. The RTL Tackle: menu up and sliders its down and all headers does'nt good working- besides 1.

    We got your issues. When you change the demo you have to reinstall from scratch. You can not override import existing data. As you mentioned above, can you send us a screenshot to describe it? We would like to check and help you fix it.
    About the RTL Tackle issues: You need to re-build them by yourself when you want to change. We do not support for the RTL sites.

    Hello hanag,
    - About translate words on theme, you need to install some plugins, which support for the translation as the Loco Translate, WPML,.. plugins but the WPML is the best.
    - About add menu categories issue: You need to enter the dashboard choose Appearance>>Menus>> and do as the link image below:
