Newsletter block

i need to show the newsletter block just above footer. I have inserted the block through layout builder and the newsletter form is displaying. But i need also to display an image at the place where the video is in the sample. I can not show neither the video nor anything else.

So im not talkin about popoup newsletter but for the one which always shown on homepage

i guess i have deleted the cintect from Mega html module and now i dont know how to fix it. :p.
