    With the FTP account you sent me in the previous ticket, I cannot access to this. ( It was not connected)

    Hello

    if file hosts is setted correctly, as explained in previous ticket

    the FTP connection works, I tried 1 min ago.
    The connection settings are:

    FTP (simple, not SFTP)

    host: johnbarritt.com
    User: dacancellare
    pass: Oyx3&x44

    if you cannot connect. check if you are seeing the right site that should be the one in the screenshot.
    if not, this mean that your file hosts is not correctly setted.

    For the newsletter in footer, you can go to Store map module, you will see a Google API Key there. That is our test key and it can be removed any time.
    You can click on the link below the box then register an account for your own, you will get another API key, then pls add on it.
    => reload your Contact page, the newsletter will disappear
