Brands slider on Boutique Theme

I would like to have different brands shown on different sites, for example:
http://mistermot.com/index.php/odijela/
http://mistermot.com/index.php/kosulje/
First of all, when I select brands which I want to be shown, it always shows all brands? (screenshot attached)
How can I choose (and select) which brands will be shown on different sites?
