    Missing Demos and Shopping Cart Query

    Hello, I have just recently purchased your demo after along time of searching for the right theme. I have two problems here and would appreciate it if you could help me:-

    Problem 1.) I have missing demos. Demo 4,10 and 11 are missing which is sods law as I was initially actracted to your theme because of demo 4. Please could you forward them on to me.

    Problem 2.) I do not need the shopping cart as I am not actually selling products from my site. I am a beginner at this and do not know any coding. I think the cart menu is in the header section but I can not find it in the coding. I have tried everything I am capable of to remove the cart from all pages but I am really stuck. I would very much appreciate your help withese two matters as I can not move on till they get sorted.

    Hello again, when you say secret information I presume you mean my wp User name etc and password. I have a fresh install of Boutique as I can't go any further until I get the missing demos and the shopping cart icon is removed from all pages. As you requested I will add that info now.     Hello, just thought I'd let you know that I have sorted out the cart icon problem by using a wp plugin called 'NS Catalogue'. The only thing now are those three missing demos I mentioned in my original message. I would really like to use demo 4 so I would appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as you can.     Dear Annette,

    Those demos do not contain the sample data of Revolution Slider. In those demos contain the slider of banners. You can easily upload banners in the backend.

    Please read the documentation. If you still can not configure, we will help you. But you need to send us the admin login.

    Dear James, thankyou your reply. The sample demo's that I have (17 of 20) aredemos for the front page. My admin details were given in a previous message but it looks like the three missing demos have been added today. I would still like the three missing demo zip files sent to me in case I have to do a complete new installation in the future please.

    Dear James, thankyou for your help so far but as mentioned to you in my previous message I would like the three missing missing demo zip files sent to me please. I only recieved 17 out of the 20 zip files when I purchased the theme and need them if I ever i need to do a clean install. I appreciate your help with this matter.

    Hi asb123,
    By default, the demos 4, 10,11 does not use Slider Revolutions (you can check on our demo). That's why you did not see it.

    Dear Kazim, the demos are advertized as usable front demos which is the main reason I purchased your product which I have to say cost me a fair amount. You offer 20 usable demos and I only recieved 17. Even if demos 4, 10 and 11 do not use Revolution Slider it is the rest of the page that can be used as a template. I know very little about coding and creating websites so the demos are very handy for me and like I just mentioned this was one of the reasons that attracted me to purchasing your product.. I also need those three demo zip files in case I ever have to do a clean install. I 'm sure you can appreciate that I really do not want to have to contact you to send me them again in the future. I would appreciate it if you could sort this problem out as it really is taking up unecessary time.

    Hello again, I am really now getting to the end of my tether with this whole situation as I should not be having this problem. The reason why you could see demos 4, 10 and 11 was because just a few days ago some one from your end imported the three missing demos into my wp. BUT I do not have these missing demos in zip form which I have paid for. In the original purchase I only recieved 17 demo zip fies when there was meant to be 20. A couple of days ago you kindly sent me the demos in zip form through my email BUT the same three missing demos were missing again (please check for your self). All you need to do is send me the three missing demo zip files which as you know are 4, 10 and 11. I have the right to have these in zip form as I have paid for these items and may need them in the future for if I ever have to do a complete clean install. What is the problem? Is this how you treat your customers who have spent their hard earn't money on your product. I'm only asking for what I have paid for? If you went into a shop and purchased a product and when you got home it was missing bits would you keep it or take it back. It would be your legal right to get either a full refund or a replacement that had all the bits? Please could your sort problem finally out. This should not even be a problem and I am very disappointed in your customer service.

    Im not sure why you have sent me the 2 XML files for the Boutique demos as I have those.But I still do not have the missing zip files 4, 10 & 11 in ZIP FORM. I have 1,2,3,5,6,7,8, 9,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19 and 20 but 4, 10 & 11 are missing. Please can you just send me the three missing zip files in ZIP form or I would like a complete refund as this is just ridiculous. I'm only asking for what I have paid for, why is that so hard?

    Hi AyaanAg, I did a complete new wordpress install and activated the Boutique theme and after I installed the two xml files you reccently sent me. This time I could see all 20 demos so although I havent got the original missing demos as zip files to add to the sample data folder included they are showing as homepages when you select a page as a static page. Through all this I have lost the mega menu I had created and the few products I had added but at least now I have sorted the problem out so thankyou for your help. Just to let you know that I recently created another ticket regarding products showing in the wrong pages so if you go into my site now there will be no products that I have added as they were all wiped when I did a clean wp install.
