dont show top-header

Hi dear supporters of kuteshop
I would appreciate your help with this problem that im facing with on my site header (shown in screenshot)
Although header is enabled in my theme settings i dont see it on my site. Please tell me how i can enable and have it shown up there. Also when i change to rtl (for arabic and persian language) webpage becomes a mess

@Ayaan: You should not close the tickets until the buyers read them and if buyers do not reply after 5-7 days, you can close the tickets.
