My site is not alerting me about sales, new customers, canceled orders. And neither for my clients.

I have noticed that I am not receiving in my e-mail, registration of purchase and sale of my site, nor my clients are receiving the alerts about the product download, I want to know why? And if you can solve it, I will send all my data through the secret message, this started suddenly, I already researched my site to see if it was a problem in some file but it continues the same way. This is a little frustrating, I'm going to travel and I have to worry about deliveries, and the system itself could deliver AUTOMATICALLY after the purchase, and I have to stay vigilant if it has or does not sell because my site does not alert me about new customers either , On sales, or canceled orders.
