Also how can I get rid of that picture of the man with the beard when I hover over the "shop" page?

We got your issues. To ride of the Recent posts, comments,.. you need to enter the dashboard choose Appearance>> Widgets and do as the attachment screenshot

About picture of the man with the beard issue: Please return the dashboard choose Mega menu>>Shop mega menu>>click on edit Row and do as the attachment screenshot. Please do it and let us know your intentions.

I've gotten rid of the image but am not sure what to delete to get rid of the white box that is there now instead? And yes I will rate you 5 stars, thanks for all the help.
