Setting up Header

I'm not able to set up header 1 as in the provided template. The categories (in circles) are not showing on the header (please see attached file).
Instead I have added a vc element.
Can you please fix it?

We checked on your site and did not get the same problems as you mentioned. The page header is still working well. Could you please send us your screenshot to describe your issue? We will check and help you fix it.
