    Hello, I bought your Boutique theme and I have a problem with the Ovic page link module, I try to add account and languages (need just english and Italian but it show also spanish) and it does not work. Can you help me please?

    I just accessed to your website back end by your only provided back end link without editing anything in your site. We could not access to your site, how can we edit anything?
    About the FTP account, you provided me in Dec 6, 2016. I said that I could not access to also. And now you provide a same account.

    all the data i've sent you are correct, the host file you need to change (https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/modify-your-hosts-file/) let you to access to the following link you will find in secret information, and the user and password are related to that. Hope this will help you oor in other case we can't understand each other

    I already added successfully the host file. However I still could not access to your back end account. The page still cannot found.
    I don't know why but please help us to make your site to be easier to access to. Just because my coder must check your site and adding to host file is not favorable.

    Hello,
    I'm the systemist.

    The only way to access this site is changing the file hosts, but it is very easy.

    In the previuos istructions was missing the "www" part, so that's part of the problem.
    The second issue is that after saving the hosts file (with admin permission, as described in the link https://support.rackspace.com/how-to/modify-your-hosts-file/ )
    you NEED TO RESTART your BROWSER or open a new one....

    SO:

    1° add in the file hosts this line:

    192.99.11.23 johnbarritt.com www.johnbarritt.com

    2° Restart your browser and it's done.

    Let me know if you have any problem but I'm sure you will have no.

    You can buy Instagram module, install then add into the Advanced Footer module.
