    Remove Shopping Cart from Boutique

    Hello,
    I simply want to activate the Catalog mode. I've just activated the Catalog Mode Plugin from YITH but it doesn't work.
    I need to remove priority the shopping cart from the menu wrapper and the settings wheel too.
    Please help!
