    Several Issues

    1. When you make changes in the cart, it does not update to reflect the changes.
    2. When you customize products that use the WooCommerce Visual Product Configurator plugin, when you click add to cart, product doesn't add to cart. Sometimes it does but won't appear until you click the cart button and go into the cart, then it appears. So some sort of delay. I am also working with the developer (Orion) but they asked me to get you involved as well because they think it might be a problem with the theme working with the plug in.
    3. No emails are being sent (either direction) to admin when an order is placed or to customer when order is complete. etc. Settings are done correctly in admin and it says that an email is sent but they never sends.

    How do I access the latest theme? On my dashboard it says that my version is up to date.
    Any chance you can help me update it?

    Will I lose all my custom settings that I have done when I delete the plugin and slider revolution?

    No, you can deactivate and delete it.

    My web developer is quoting me $350 to update the theme. We have done a ton of customizing to the theme and I have several plugins that allow customers to create their own product or customize template products. We are concerned that when we remove the theme and a few other plugins like Slider Revolution and Bakery Composer, update and then reinstall, we will lose all the custom work we have done with these plugins and the theme. What can you tell me about what will happen when we update the way you suggested in your video? Do you think updating the theme is worth the risk? Do you think it will fix the cart issues? Also, the main plugins that I am using and having problems (that I am addressing with them) are Woocommerce Visual Product Configurator by OrionOrigin and Fancy Product Designer. Do you know if the Boutique theme has issues with these plugins?

    We got your issues. Please try this method and let us know your results.
    - Step 1: Please backup all your site (you can restore if you want)
    - Step 2: Install the child theme
    - Step 3: Copy the web folders which you changed from parents theme to the child theme
    - Step 4: Deactive the parents theme and delete it.
    - Step 5: Download and update the latest theme version (parents theme)
    Please do it and let us know your results.
