    SEVERAL ISSUE NEED HELP URGENT

    Hi

    We have several issue that need urgent lookup. I record a video to explain you the issues we are facing.

    1. We can´t translate the NEW ARRIVALS module in the home page.
    2. We can´t translate the NEW ARRIVALS - FEATURED - BESTSELLER module in the home page.
    3. We can´t translate the FROM TO BLOG module in the home page.
    4. We can´t translate OUR SERVICE title in the home page.
    5. By mistake the delete the Ovic Register Newsletter Module from the layout builder, now we try to add it again but is not appearing in the list of modules available.
    6. When we click on the cart Icon in the top bar is not way we can translate the SHOPPING CART button
    7. When we click in the gear on the top bar we can translate all text in that section

    We really need help as soon as you can.

    Hi Alexander,

    Firstly, thank you for contacting to support service.
    I would like to give you the answer for all your problems above.
    - Translation for 1, 2, 4, 6: you can go to Localization > Translations > Choose the Type of translation is Installed modules translations > Select your theme is Boutique > then choose your language. Then go to the translation page, please find each text to translate.

    - Translation for number 3: I cannot access to your FTP account. Even website back end ( It keeps loading then the connection is broken). Could you please check it again then give me the correct one? Thank you.

    - Translation for number 7: Please go to Ovic page link module then edit the Name for this.

    - Mistake with deleting Ovic Register Newsletter Module from the layout builder: Don't worry, you can go to Modules and Services > Ovic Layout control then add the Ovic Register Newsletter Module for the hook DisplayFooter. If you cannot understand this, you can provide me your correct account, I will help you.

    Thanks for your quick reply, can you try to login again I have test the FTP and works properly. Also try to login to the site backend I check and is working now.

    Thank you for provide account.
    My coder has checked the problem related to Translate the text "From to Blog". He said this this element will be updated in the next update version.
    So if you want to be solved the issue quickly, he will update for your site first.
    However we got stuck when trying to access to your accounts. Pls check the attachment. FTP account could not be connected, website back end keeps loading then be broken.
    If not, you can wait for the update version then update for your site later

    Please check your account again.

    Yes it look pretty strange in my side is working fine. I am going to make a copy of the site and put it in another server to check maybe is a issue with my hosting provider.

    I have an additional question, do you know how we can make the mega category module to show only 4 products. We Edit the widget and setup Max item 4 but is not working is any other place we need to change this setting?.

    If your category module displays by tab, you have to edit the max item for each tab displayed in front end.
    It will show the correct number of images. Please refer the attachment below to understand

    I just miss and step, I need to click the name of the category to display the group of widgets, now I can make the change. I have one more question. How I can replicate the about us page as the demo one of Layout 14.

    1. Can you please give me your IP to check with my hosting provider why you cannot connect to our site.

    2. Is any way you can provide me the content to replicate the about page of the demo 14.

    3. How I can disable the popup if I want to do it?

    4. For some reason in the contact page the popup is appearing in the footer like a module why is that happening

    5. I attach and image, I want to know if we can replicate that block in our theme

    3. I can give you the answer for this. If you want to disable the popup, you can tick on Don't show this popup again when the popup appears.

    Hi Yame,

    We've been talking with my hosting provider and they say that apparently the IP address is blocked by the data center due to the range where is hosted the IP (Vietnam).

    One option would be to access from a different IP address or range and verify that the FTP connection works.

    With regart to the Popup, we would like to know how to deactivate it from the admin area, not from the front end

    The changes that we have not been able to make are the following:

    We could not replicate the page "About us" that that you have in the demo 14, I dont find documentations to make this page

    We could not replicate on our home page, the video and newsletter section that is at the end of the "demo 1" I want to know if we can replicate this block at the botton of our home. (attached)

    In the footer, I can not find the way to change the newsletter text (Lorem Ipsum is simply... Attached)

    For some reason in the contact page the popup is appearing in the footer like a module why is that happening

    I forgot to tell you some changes that I can not find how to configure

    In the main configuration menu, when I click on "my cart", I'm being redirected to the home, I tried to login as a registered user, but also send me to the home again.

    And finally I have a question regarding to the mobile Version

    How I could put a black strip or background in the menu of the mobile version, I mean, the movile menu does not have a background and the icons are not seen because they are white, but in the pages menu appears with the black background.

    It is possible to leave a black background for the home menu just for mobile version?

    I would like to say that I still cannot access to your website back end + FTP account. It is really difficult for me to check all your issues.
    I just know to compare with my demo site and show you the solution that is just the configuration in bak end. I think it should be better when we can talk via skype. Pls add my account: yame_kutetheme

    Besides, I would like to give you the workaround that I can find to help you with these problems:
    - Change the newsletter text: Go to Advanced Footer > Row 1 > Contact then edit the content inside.
    - Newsletter popup: remove Ovic Register Newsletter Module (displayFooter) in Layout Builder.
