    Hello,
    We encounteer three issues and need your help :
    1- Back office is very very slow. We cleaned it and optimized it but still slow. It could be a serveur issue but have you ever heard trouble like that ?
    2-« Trier par : (sort by:)
    Au clic
    We should have this : Popularité du produit, Prix croissant, Prix décroissant, Offres spéciales, Nouveautés.
    However we do not succeed in adding : Popularité du produit, Offres spéciales, Nouveautés. (Popular / Special offers / News)
    Could you please help us, we tried many thing but it seems to be no compatible with the template.

    Any idea ?

    3- Other problem : in shops which use the simple theme, the slider does not appear on smartphone

    Thank you. That's the correct one.
    I've checked your issues. I would like to give you the answer for all:
    1. I still can access to your back end and it still works well.

    2. Here I can see that you already added successfully the Sort by as you want with the right order: Product Popularity / Price: Lowest First / Price: Highest First / Special Offers / News.

    3. I've just activated the displaying on mobile function for Image slider for your homepage module. And now the slider displays well in mobile version.

    Hello,

    - Thank you for your answers, the Slider works perfectly, in the other hand the Sort by is not working, that was us trying to add that functionnality but we couldn't make it work, we just removed our modifications.

    An idea?

    Can you tell me how did you activate the slider for the mobile ,because i have to reproduce that in the prod server?

    Hi mate.

    - For the "Sort by" issue, please provide me your FTP account, my coder will help you to check in code. It cannot be modified in back end.
    - For the "activate the slider on mobile", you can go to Image slider for your homepage module, click on Show on mobile function (pls see the attachment)
