Horizontal Top menu doesn't drop down, and newsletter module get stucked

Hi!

I have two problems:

1. In the home page the horizontal Top menu doesn't drop down when i hover the mouse over it.
2. When i turn off the newsletter module its get stucked in the bottom of the home page. (I attached a screenshot of it.)

Please correct these bugs for me!

It's ok now, but when i disable the vertical menu and the revolution slider, horizontal top menu still not working.
And i want to disable them, because they were turned off before the error.
Can you fix it for me, Please?

The modules I don't want to display:
- vertical mega menus module
- revolution slider module

I attached a screenshot of the homepage, thats the look what i want to make.
But the problem is if i turn off these 2 modules, horizontal menu does not working it doesn't drop down anymore.
