    Hi, I'm still having problems with the sale of my products, I've already talked to the paypal technicians and they tell me that it's a problem with the prestashop theme and that you can not put it in sandbox mode, attach them to the screenshot with the errors, I hope Can help me because to this date I could not open my store, thanks

    pd. The problem is generated when I buy and sends me to the paypal page at the time of confirming the purchase, I do not return to the prestashop page and no sale is generated and that's when I get the errors

    Hi mate.

    We just only check this bug when you put your site in sandbox mode. If not, we cannot go to check out page > confirm the order without having the test account by using Paypal. So please if it is possible, please set your site in sandbox mode. Then we will help you to check this.

    We tried to access to your FTP many times but it is still not connected.
    One more thing, whenever my coder goes to your check out page, using the Paypal method in your site, the Paypal button cannot be clicked.
    You can solve it yesterday, however the problem occurs again.
    Pls check it and make the button easily to check.
