Theme and plugin bugs

Hi.
I have a problem with a plugin WooCommerce Show Single Variations - https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-show-single-variations/13523915?_ga=1.204417298.328697678.1479217095
This plugin shows in a catalogue a product variations as a single product.
The problem is that boutique theme does not completely work with a plugin. It does not show variation image as a product image. It shows an image of a main product instead. I contacted plugin support and they told that a problem could be caused by theme has overridden the template file and is failing to capture the correct image. Could you help with that problem or give and advise how I can correct that.
