Issue with themes woocommerce files

Hi Team,
I am facing many issues regarding theme compatibility with respect to woo-commerce, here are list of few things:
1. Mostly translations were not in the theme woo-commerce files so I have used 'woo-commerce' instead of 'kute-boutique' by copying all files in child-theme then only related translated text were shown and working fine.
2. When I used https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-estimated-delivery-date-per-product/18309929 UI am not able to see the text on cart & checkout page below each product title for the delivery time of product, I thought there is issue with plugin but when I check the theme files there were not the code available to display it so I manually added it and the problem resolved.
3. Now I want to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-product-stock-alert/ and I have seen the functionality of this plugin also not available in theme files, this plugin is having so many files that I can not check and embed in to theme.
If I remove files from theme and only use woo-commerce default ones then design layout will be distorted.
Kindly let me know how I can approach and resolve the things or are you going to provide me updated woo-commerce files to put in to theme?
