Supershop is causing 500 error

My website is not working due to a 500 error. I´ve checked everything, htaccess, logs, etc. I´ve talked with my hosting support service and we found out that when we select the default bootstrap theme, everything works fine. We select supershop theme again, and the 500 error is back.

We uninstalled all the modules that we installed since the last time the website worked fine.

Could be an updating issue?
