    Questions - emergency

    Hi,
    I have some problem with the “super shop” theme that I’ve bought about one month ago.
    1. I want to translate some English words to Farsi like “add to cart, my account, compare, login, wish list, shopping cart, all categories … all English words. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
    2. The website doesn’t have any database yet but it loads too slow, I think it’s because of the theme and slideshow. PLEASE TELL ME HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?
    3. I chose “option1” but I want to add custom banner module beside the slideshow instead of vertical mega menu module, like “option3”. I tried a lot but I couldn’t do that PLEASE HELP ME TO CHANGE THIS MODULES.
    4. At the bottom of the website “brands slider block” the effects is different from the main them. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE EFFECTS?

    Hi mahanwork,

    I would like to give you the reply for all your issues:
    1. Translate the texts: Some of texts have to be translated in back end: Localization > translations. However, when I go to this, it says that "Warning! Suhosin hosting provider you are using the patch for PHP, which is the maximum number of fields on a form sent to the limit: 1000 for suhosin.post.max_vars.
    1000 for suhosin.request.max_vars.
    Please see to increase the limits of your host and ask questions to be limited to at least 1160, or you will have to edit the translation files".Pls increase the upload_max_filesize in php.ini ,if you still can not do it successfully, pls contact to your host, they will help you to increase it.

    2 As I check, you are using Revolution slider module. So it is the reason why your website loads slowly.

    3. For this issue, please contact to customized service. They will give you the solution for this. Because this belongs to customized work and it's over my support ability. Base on this form: http://support.ovicsoft.com/services/customized

    4. Please provide me your FTP account, my coder will help you to check this.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your respond,
    1. We increased the “upload_max_filesize” and I translated many words but I have some problems that I couldn’t find.
    The first one: in the main page when you hover a product there are 3 words that I couldn’t find to translate: “Add to cart, Add to compare, Quick view” and “In stock” in order page.
    Please tell me how I could translate them.
    The second: when you order in “order page” I have this error “در اینجا d% ارور وجود دارد” .
    I wanted to translate the word but I did wrong and I couldn’t correct that, because the words were disappeared!!!
    2. In my last ticket you said that the reason of the loading site slowly is revolution slider, what should I do? What is my other choice instead of revolution slider? Any other solution?

    Hi mate.

    1. Could you please help me to attach some screenshots for all the elements that you want to translate? It would be easier for me to visualize your problems. Even the error that you said in order page. Thank you.

    2. About revolution slider, we used to use this module for this theme. However I saw that the theme rang slowly. We decided to move it then use Image slider for your homepage module. You can apply this module for your site to make it work smoothly.
