Problems : Newsletter popup and image

I bought the theme this week and I have several problems:
1- I managed to modify the popup newsletter but how to program the send on my mail? Or can we add the mail?
2- I have the same problem in the footer, how to set the mail ?
3- On the page « index » the background photo of the does not appear centered on the mobiles, how to make it centered?
