500 server error when activating woocommerce

Hi,

Every time I activate woocommerce on my locahost, i always get an error.

Installing the plugin is no problem, but the 500 server error comes up whenever activating the plugin (see attachment)

All the other plugins that come with this Boutique theme work nicely, only woocommerce is giving me a hard time. I've also tried removing and re-installing the plugin file in htdocs and I still get the same error.

Any help would be much appreciated!
