Contact Form and Letting Me See Other People's Support Tickets

Hello, I thought I installed all plugins required however I do not see one for the contact form, am I missing something. When I go to the contact page in my WordPress account all that shows is the code and no box.

Also am I allowed to see the support tickets other people post on here? I enter my purchase code and it says it is correct but it doesn't take me to their posts.
