Menu and Logo issues

Jim Brown has been emailing me. He installed the theme for me. Since the theme has been uploaded the logo on my site is not changing to the one I have in settings. Also the menus are wrong, the categories are not coming up in the back end to change them to the correct ones?

We are not clear your intentions. Could you take some screenshot to describe it? Where are menus wrong? where are not categories comming up?
