    Hey guys,

    Back from holidays- I see my ticket is gone, but I really need to get help. Last you guys had said you were locked out? I talked to GoDaddy and they said you were not blocked. Can you get into my account??

    Hey guys, sorry it came to this, but can I get my money back please? I hope you understand! The theme isn't working properly for me and you guys are unable to login to help so I need to find another theme. No hard feelings, just really need to get this underway.

    Hey, yes I am having troubles. You guys are also not able to login to the back end of the website to look further into it and I just can't wait anymore for someone to look into why some of the plugins are unable to be installed.

    Have you guys retried to log in??

    Hey,

    I am not at my computer right now to tell you, but if you go into plugins you will see there are some that are not activated- those are the ones that won't install due to an error. Can you see them when you just go into the dashboard?

    Actually do not worry about it. I had to jump to a new theme as I could not wait anymore for help. Is there a way I can get refunded?

    Hey,

    Still have not heard back from you guys about the problem. I had to go with a different theme. We were running out of time and needed the problem fixed ASAP. I am sure you guys are super busy and it was not intentional, but we just had to go with a group that could be a bit quicker to help. That being said, can I please get the refund?? This theme is not working for me, and I just could not wait to get the help we needed.

    Hey,

    I did reply... I was just not at my computer at the moment, so I told her just to log back in (she said she was logged in) since you can see the errors on the top of the page as soon as you login.... I have now since deleted your theme off the website and installed a new one. I just really could not wait for help anymore.

    It has also been a week since I heard from anyone... Like I said, it is not personal, I just can't wait a week for a reply. I HAD to get something up to show potential investors our creative direction.

    Hey,

    My apologies, I was told you guys were in the back end. As I said, I had to move forward and deleted your theme off my hosting server and bought a new theme. I could not wait anymore for help. I already passed on my Skype info as well, over 10 days ago, and still not reaching me there. That is why I am asking for a refund. The theme did not work and I did not get the help I needed. There is no helping me now. It is now too late... I had to buy a new theme with quicker support.
