Issues between Theme and Facebook Connect Module

Hi,

I'm issues with using the Theme with the Facebook Connect Module that I recently purchased.

When using the Default Theme the Facebook Connect Module appear correctly in the various hooks (Top, Footer, Authentication Page and the on the One Page Checkout).

When I switch to the Supershop Theme, the Facebook Connect Module appears twice in each hook.

I've attached a document with screenshots of how the Facebook Connect Module appears in the Default Theme and Supershop Theme.

What do you need to modify in the Supershop theme to correct the issue.

Additional Information:

After more testing, it appears that is Option 5 that is having the problem. The other options appear to be working correctly.
