Making the website RTL and other Question

Hello,
I bought the SuperShop theme and I wanna change something in it so I have some question:
I wanna make the theme RTL, (I chose option3)
1. for example Logo, Slideshow, All Tabs, Footer … should change to right and become RTL.
2. I wanna change fonts how could I do that?
3. Those advertisement under the product groups are not shown. how should I active theme?
4. We didn't add any new data but The site Load very slow, what should we do?
If I should change their styles please tell me which CSS file should be changed?
