Sidebar Vertical Menu Image Icon not working

Hello, I have created Vertical Menu and after 5 main categories Image icon are not working. i have tried uploading image icon but its not working and no image is coming. I have sub categories about 40-50 but main categories only 10. Please help to solve this problem ASAP. Thanks

One more thing when adding product i cannot put size option for my customer to select. Could you also please explain how to do that? Thanks

Hi Greathumza,
- About icon images issue: Please contact to your host provider, they will help you increase the values of max_input_vars in php.ini file.
- About size options issue: The cause by you have not added the attributes size. To get sizes option in products, please enter the Dashboard choose Products>> your products>> Attributes and do as the attachment screenshot.

hi i have done what you told me to do about the size option but still the option to select the sizes is not coming. The only thing coming up is the sizes and colour written but i or my customer cannot select the option of the size which they want to order. please tell me how to bring that option so that they can select this. Thanks

We got your issue. Because you have not yet choose attribute(size, color) for your products. To do it, please enter the dashboard choose Products>>products>> click on your products you want to add the attribute >> Attributes>> and do as the attachment screenshot.

Hello, i did the way u have asked me to do but its not working. i have attached the screen shot its come only in additional information the sizes and colour but no option for customer to select the colour and size. I have few other big problem my website in mobile version doesn't work, it doesn't show items please check the homepage of my website (www.ibazaar.pk) in mobile and desktop. when i filter something it comes up page not found. Please adjust the problem or tell me what to do. Thanks

We checked on mobile version and got the same problems as you mentioned. Please update the latest theme version and let us know your result.
- About filter issue: Please take some screenshots. We will check and help you fix it.

Hi currently the latest version of the theme is running. The problem is still there and i cannot fix it please fix the problem.

Regarding filter problem when ever i am trying to filter the ''price'' it comes up as ''OOPS! THAT PAGE CAN’T BE FOUND''. I have attached the screenshot.

I also cannot activate the plugin Such as ''SLIDER REVOLUTION and ''VISUAL COMPOSER'' The(SLIDER REVOLUTION) are asking for activation key and i don,t have the key and for (VISUAL COMPOSER) they asked me to activate visual composer than it takes me to another page where it say ''NO LICENSES FOUND''

Please help me to sort out the problems i really need to launch my website.

You can not active the Visual Composer and Slider Revolution plugin because we bought one extended license for our theme. You can only update Visual Composer and Slider Revolution plugin by updating my theme. We do not allow to provide that license for buyer. Thanks!

We checked on your site and found, the cause by your images for DEALS and Mobile Deal, they are very small (195 × 256 px). Please replace with larger image(We replaced DEALS to laptop image. It work s well on iphone 5,5s, Samsung galaxy. You can check it). Please replace with other images and let us know your results.

I have sent u pictures to guide u still u guys don't understand a word from day one. This theme is incomplete with so many errors and I been saying this from day one and asked u to solve it but every time time answer is completely different on completely different topic. I am done. I no longer want this theme. Please REFUND me in FULL. I will remove this then from my server and buy another one and I won't even give u any rating. Please Refund me in FULL ASAP. Thanks

The theme is broken I have given u screenshots of so many things and not one thing is solved from day 1. I have always been answered on completely different topic which were not related to my question. I cannot spend more time and my energy on incomplete, broken, not responsive and different theme overall from the one mentioned on your page. Please refund me completely so that I can buy another theme.
