URGENT - Issues with Uploading and deleting in Woo Commerce and Theme

I have a theme and site added for over 2 months - it seems that the product images cannot be loaded as a new image or from the existing media gallery. No data appears.
For the visual composer it wont load onto live editor it just stalls in still loading. I have checked my host at hostgator but they cant find the issue and have refereed me to you.
