What happens with my menu Options

Hi.
I really appreciate your help. You asked me before to give you the access to my website administrator but I'm working locally using Xampp.
I already solved the last tickets. But now I have a new problem and you'll see in the picture that I have some issues because I can't create a menu as I'd like, I dont have the options to ad a Mega Menu and much more options.
Tell me how can I solve this problem step by step.
