    Theme Boutique Filter Problem

    Theme: Boutique v.1.1.1
    CMS: Wordpressv. 4.6.1
    Plugins: YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter v.3.0.11 and/or WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter v. 1.1.5.1

    Hi all,

    I’m trying to set up my products on my platform Clicknowbuynow.com (e-commerce) but my filters not working. I think there is a problem with the theme because I tried two different filter plugins and I have the same problem. I checked the set-up of YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter and normally it is ok (please see the screenshot here below).

    Please let me know if you need more info.

    I would like to use YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter or WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter. I have the same problem with both of this plugins. The Search and price filter are working correctly. I have a problem with attributs filter. It doesn't working at all.

    I checked it and it still not working.

    I think the problem is that the theme isn't 100% compatible WooCommerce and kute-boutique/product-searchform.php have outdate version.

    I think the support and version of this theme is outdated and is not up to date. i am having issues myself since a recent woo commerce update. PLus there are issues with ajax filters. It seems very buggy unfortunately.

    Can you please tell me if you will relies a new version of your theme soon? It's not 100% compatible with a new version of WooCommerce and it was a key requirements for us.

    Hi Kazim,

    I worked on all my issues with my platform this week-end, and I found why I had a problem with my filter. I download and applaud a plugin called User Wallet Credit System by Justin Greer. Woocommerce filters doesn't working with this one. That why I had a problem with a filters. I tried it with other themes and I had the same problem. I have to delete all my products and re-applaud the demo products of your theme to do my test. That why you have categories in the main menu without products. I'm still working on second issue, WC Vendors plugin problems, if I will have more questions I will create another issue. This one you can close :-)
