We got your issue. We could not enter your backend. Could you please send us your admin login via 'secret information'? We would like to check directly on your site then show you how to solve your problem.

maybe you have not yet enable Visual Composer for page. Please enter you backend choose Visual Composer >> Role Manager and do as the link image:
