Popup newsletter module

Hi.

Could you please let me know how I can fix these 2 issues.

1) On the Popup newsletter, I click on "Don't show this popup again" It keeps showing when I open the navigator.

2) Prestashop has a functionality that when someone sign up the newsletter, an email with a discount is sent the the customer. Your newsletter module is not connected with this option. The email is not being sent. Please see image https://i.imgsafe.org/e3fdc5e8c5.png

I cannot access to your website back end. I will check all your issues that you post on forum.
So please provide me your correct website back end + FTP.
