Data for the Supershop - Vertical Mega menus Module not displaying in Back Office

Hi,
I'm having an issue with the Vertical Mega Menu. I initially had this module configured and working correctly. I then went on to configure the rest of the website. I've just come back to change the menu items around on the vertical menu and have found that the Back Office configuration is no longer retrieving (or writing) to the database. The Front End still works.
I've attempted to un-install the module and re-install it - which has resulting the in Demo data for the menus being displayed in the front end, but still no configuration information is being displayed in the Back Office.
I also attempted to un-install the theme and then re-install it - with the same behaviour.
I've tried clearing the cashe, but stil have the issue.
I've checked the logs - no errors or warnings have been recorded.
Is there anything else that I can check to try and fix this issue
