    Shop useless after installing Logancee

    Hi,
    We bought and installed Logancee but the theme did not import all data (photos, contact details, categories, etc), rendering useless the shop.

    Hi mate.

    We apologize for delay.
    We just have the data for homepage. Of course when you install the theme, you can also import the data that are displayed on homepage.
    We have very specific guidelines in documentation about the modules that we use for this theme. You can go to these of modules and configure for your site.

    Hi there,
    I managed to start working after your latest reply; thank you.
    Four more questions:
    1) It downloads quite slow.
    2) Home Carousel, home page, item 10. I know it should be edited through OVIC Custom HTML module, but I lost the template (which I want to replicate). Will you kindly send it to me? (the three grey boxes with three icons for shipping, money and support).
    3) Same with item 11.
    4) When you click on a product or any link, you are redirected to another webpage. Two problems there:
    a. The shop in Spanish, but some elements appear in English, even in the same box (check any particular shoe). How can I translate them?
    b. There is always a space for photos, but I do not know if I want it and, in any case, I do not know where I can upload those photos.

    1. Which download file are you mentioning?

    2. As I compared with my demo site, I can visualize the where the position that you mentioned is. I sent you the code in the attached file below. Please copy that code and paste in source code of Custom HTML module.

    3. Could you please show me clearly where the item 11 is?

    4. 4a. Could you provide some elements that you want to translate into Spanish?
    4b. I checked in the product detail page for example. I don't see the space for products as you told. Please take the print - screen for that.

    1. Download speed for the home webpage. It does not matter for the moment.
    2. Solved. Great; thank you.
    3. Attached.
    4. a. In the attached file you see the big question mark (part of it!) and the problem with the language.
    Those two capture belong to the same kind of pages (those where you are redirected after clicking in one product). The issue is that I do not know where these pages (and all the other ones beyond home) can be configurated.

    Thank you very much.
    Two more questions.
    1) I cannot translate. Somthing is happening.. The system keeps asking me whether I am a robot (reCAPTCHA).
    2) The problem with the product page is that I want to configure it.
    a) I do not want any banner.
    b) I do not want to allow any Blog Search (for the moment, because our blog is inactive)
    c) I want to reconfigure the related products.

    Dear Yame,
    i tried to reach you this morning in Skype, but you didn't answer to what i wrote. As I told you yesterday and as it happened to you when you tried to manage it, the translation option is not working. WE NEED TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!! We can´t keep on working correctly if this problem continues.
    The account credentials are the same as i gave you yesterday through Skype and as they are shown on the messages above.
    I hope you help us and you tell us what to do during today and tomorrow, or we will have to complain to the Admin.
