Custom Tag Module

Im not able to edit the module. I click on edit button and nothing happens. I click on fashion or any other category and that does nothing either. I do not see the prebuilt options to edit. I even have issues with group category as well. I'm trying to upload images to the group category module and the images do not upload. Please assist.
