Visual composer newsletter problem

The problem is that I have already added my mailchimp account and subscribe list, but the subscribe form is not showing up on homepage via Visual composer. Can you check the problem or tell me how to solve it?

We got your question but we can not login your backend(see the attachment screenshot). Could you re-send us your Admin login via secret information? We would like to check and help you fix it.
