Group Category Module not working (template not found)

sadly not working yet, please notice image below, it says no template found for the module. I reuploaded the files via FTP and reinstalled the template, still not wirking. When I add the module the website dont shows up.

Could you pls describe more details about your issue?
In addition, pls provide both your back end + FTP account. We will check the problem on your site.
