Full Screen Slider with Transparent Header

Hi KuteTheme support,
I would like to create a full screen slider with slider revolution, and am having some difficulties. Could I get instructions on how to go about creating a page similar to demo 19 on your page? (http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/boutique2/)
The header is transparent and above the slider when in full screen mode. I would like to have that please. I am developing on localhost, and will not be able to share ftp details and wp-admin, so please kindly instruct me on these ticket. Thank you!
